Y Beudy at Blaencwmcoy
An idyllic self catering holiday cottage, Blaencwmcoy lies a mile above the little village of Cellan at the very end of a winding lane. The self catering cottage, 'Y Beudy', has been simply and lovingly converted from a barn backing onto the owner's cottage. It has its own private and secluded garden complete with stream and uninterrupted views over the countryside.
The self catering cottage is full of character with wood burning stoves and many original features such as stone walls and beamed ceilings. Far from roads you will be submerged in the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful setting. There are miles of gorgeous walking country to explore direct from the garden.
Y Beudy self catering cottage is surrounded on all sides by wooded streams, hills, and sheep pasture with lots of lambs in the spring. The hills, woods and fields here are home to some of Britain's most elusive wildlife such as polecats, otters and pied-flycatchers. Expect to see plenty of buzzards and the once very rare Red Kite. Nature is on your doorstep at Blaencwmcoy when you stay in this special place.
We have a large garden with lots of organic vegetables for our self catering guests to enjoy during the summer months.
